We are seeking a hands-on Executive Director to lead the organization through a period of operational strengthening, systems development, and sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the organization, including operations, finance, people management, and community engagement. This role requires someone equally comfortable with strategic direction and operational execution.

This is not purely a visionary role. It is a working leadership position focused on building structure, accountability, and strong internal systems while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The Food Service Attendant role is well suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality food and service, even during busy periods.

You’ll be responsible for preparing orders, serving guests, and keeping your workspace organized while managing multiple tasks at once.
